The SHOTOKAN KARATE-DO ASSOCIATION is well known for training students from 5 years old and above to be champions. Teaching discipline, character, confidence, physical and mental strength, and most importantly self defense.
Our training curriculum begins with basic exercises to build the body and balance for students of all ages and physical experiences. The training is ideal for both men and women because it's effectiveness is based on speed and agility, rather than physical size. Classes are taught on Monday and Thursday Evenings, and can be joined at any time.
SKA Director Craig Beeding, a 4th Degree Black Belt, an 8 time State Champion and a 2 time Instructor of the year, along with SKA Senior Instructor Raymond Sabbatini, a 3rd Degree Black Belt, a 5 time State Champion and a 2 time Overall Black Belt Competitor of the year, as well as the rest of the instruction staff lead the development of the students by passing on techniques learned from Japanese karate masters pasted down from generations before."

Classes on Monday and Thursday - Ages 5 and 10 - 5:30 - 6:30
Classes on Monday and Thursday - Ages 11 and up - 6:30 - 7:30
COST $85.00 a month - 2 classes a week, includes both Monday and Thursday class. The cost of uniform and karate association membership are not included in this cost.
